PM Tsipras congratulates Merkel on winning the German elections
With a post on his personal Twitter account, Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras congratulated Angela Merkel on winning Sunday's German elections.
"Today a solidary and democratic Europe is more important and necessary than ever. Those who believe in it ought, despite our differences, cooperate to expand European values and make them deeper", twitted the Greek Premier.
