Travel Channel International promotes destination ‘Greece’ to 74 countries

Greece’s sea and sun, gastronomy, luxury, city breaks and island lifestyle will “travel” to 74 countries and tens of millions of homes around the world through the world’s leading international travel broadcaster, Travel Channel International.
According to an announcement by the Tourism Ministry, the Greek National Tourism Organization (GNTO) has launched a campaign in collaboration with Travel Channel International for the promotion of Greece through five 60-second thematic videos.
The videos, which will show what Greece has to offer in regards to Sea and Sun, Luxury, City Breaks, Gastronomy and Greek Islands Lifestyle, were shot by Travel Channel International and highlight the unique travel experiences offered by different destinations in the country.
The new campaign was designed to promote the country’s thematic tourism products and extend the tourist season.
It is also is part of the broader strategic planning of Alternate Tourism Minister Elena Kountoura that includes the use of various advertising media tools to effectively promote Greece abroad.
