Kostas Giannopoulos the man who is the heart and soul of the Smile of the child charity is battling for his life, but also struggling for the lives of thousands of children.
The president of the organization "The Smile of the Child" has undergone a new line of chemotherapy.
"I fight to stay alive so my children can smile, they give me strength," he told newspaper Freddo.
Kostas Giannopoulos continues to battle cancer, and on Monday was again taken to the hospital to undergo a new line chemotherapy.
Besides the battle with cancer, Kostas Giannopoulos is anxious about the ENFIA property tax, which last year had risen to 67,000 euros, an amount that was eventually paid by third parties.
"I hope they keep their promise and we don't have another adventure with ENFIA. We have no money to pay it. I will stay for a few days in the hospital for my treatment and then back to where I belong, on the side of my children," he told Freddo newspaper.
