Lindsay Lohan snaps at revelers during of her new Athens venue

Speaking from the DJ booth, the 30-year-old was trying to address the crowd who had the audacity to talk while she was speaking.

'Everyone shut the f**k up': Lindsay Lohan scolded crowd at her new Greek nightclub for talking over her on Saturday night

'This is really a important thing, I just want everyone to...' she began before suddenly snapping: 'Everyone shut the f**k up, please!'

So began an awkward exchange as the actress scolded the uninterested revelers, who of course paid her no attention.

'No seriously please, stop talking and just listen for a second,' she demanded to cheers and jeers.

'I'm not going to speak until you stop,' she threatened, oddly oblivious that nobody cared.

With her warnings ignored, she then preceded to shush and irritating tut into the microphone, which had the exact same effect once again.

The DJ, who unlike Lindsay had realised she had lost the crowd, started to play music, but the Parent Trap star was having none of it.

'Turn it off,' she said, grabbing for his mixer. 'Turn the whole thing off.'

Saturday night was the grand opening of the glitzy venue, which was named for her by her new boyfriend Dennis Papageorgi.

According to TMZ, Lindsay will receive 'a chunk of the profits' for the 'abandoned factory-style' space.

And the Mean Girls star is expected to make two or three personal appearances there each month.

She took to Snapchat to show off some of the preparations before the grand opening got underway.

The venue features a large bar and a raised DJ plinth with flat screen TV's arrayed behind it.
