Lefteris Petrounias and Vassiliki Millousi are back with their medals

Lefteris Petrounias won another gold medal in hoops, this time in the World Championship in Baku. Vassiliki Millousi won the silver medal in the balance beam.
They returned to Athens with the National Team, where they were warmly welcomed for their success!
The athletes, who are also life partners, were very doubtful if they could muster the fare to the competiution, but eventually managed to borrow funds to fly to Baku.
Ina tweet PM Tsipras congratulated Lefteris Petrounias on his gold, only to be tweeted back by the athlete that if there was support from the state the PM would congratulate more athletes.
