Former Defence Minister Papantoniou referred to preliminary parliamentary committee

The Greek Parliament voted Tuesday night to set up a special preliminary committee to investigate the possible involvement of former Greek Defence Minister Yiannos Papantoniou regarding kickbacks in military procurement during his tenure. Out of the 268 MPs, 252 were in favour of the proposal, 3 voted against and 4 voted present.
