The Greek pavilion at the Luxury Property Show in Shanghai on December 7-9 was the latest in a series of actions organised by Enterprise Greece to attract investments. Five Greek real estate companies participated in the pavilion, promoting Greek property investments and Greece's Golden Visa programme to the exhibition's visitors.

According to the organisers, over 200 exhibitors from over 35 countries participated in this year's exhibition, which attracted over 12,000 visitors. The Greek delegation briefed the visitors to the Greek pavilion on the investment opportunities offered by the real estate sector in Greece and the opportunities offered for non-European citizens to obtain a permanent residence permit if they invest or buy property in Greece.

In the context of the fair, Enterprise Greece and the five Greek companies presented the Golden Visa programme and their properties at a two-hour workshop dedicated to Greece. The visa programme was also presented at special event for Chinese companies that promote relative programmes. The Greek companies participating in the exhibition included: Polis Properties, Remax New Deal, Smart Homes Greece, Sturdious Property Development and V2 Development.
