Stefanos Tsitsipas: Proud to be Greek and fight for the Blue and White Flag
- Written by E.Tsiliopoulos
At a press conference after the end of the match, a reporter asked Stefanos Tsitsipas if he ever thought he would move to Australia to help his tennis career and the answer he gave was disarming.
For 15 minutes, journalists "bombarded" him with questions at the press conference with questions, concerning his long hair and his videos on Youtube, and how he spent the night after Federer's qualification.
And Stefanos Chitsipas was also asked how close he was to moving to Australia to aid his career.
"The truth is that I have never been close to that. Perhaps for Australians something like this can happen, but I was never near this.
I am proud to be Greek and I represent the blue and white of my country and this flag," said Stefanos Tsitsipas, who ruled Bautista Agut to qualify for the Australian Open semifinals.
