The Public Power Corporation (PPC) announced that it is postponing the tendering deadline for the lignite units in Megalopoli and Florina to July 15.
PPC said the change of deadline was agreed upon with the government following Sunday night's announcement by Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras that he intends to call for national elections after the results of yesterday's Europarliament and regional elections.
The deadline for this, second, tendering attempt was Tuesday (May 28).
