Tsiknopempti is the Thursday during the Carnival, the Greek Mardi Gras, which marks the beginning of the last weekend that observing Greek Orthodox Church members are allowed to eat meat before fasting for Lent. Tsiknopempti is celebrated 11 days before Clean Monday (or Ash Monday).

FYROM PM: No need to change our constitution

“I do not see a reason to change our constitution,” FYROM PM Zoran Zaev said in response to the statement made by Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Kotzias, who a few days ago had said in an interview that the first concern was to make the agreement and “the constitutional changes will be made in time.”
