Marco Silva's half-time pep talk inspired Olympiakos players to defeat Dinamo Zagreb for the Champions League group stage.
"We have time, we can do it", he told his players. "I believe in you, pressure them, play fast, open the game on the sides and the goals will come".
Things immediately changed and although Fortounis missed the penalty, the Portuguese manager remained calm.
