Olympiakos facing stadium ban, 4th Basket League's final recheduled
There is a strong possibility that Olympiakos will host Panathinaikos behind closed doors in the 5th Basket League's final (if necessary), because of team's supporters' behavior on Thursday's clash.
Referees Piloidis, Karakatsounis and Panagiotou recorded that they were insulted and threatened by a group of Reds' hooligans before the beginning of the 3rd final at Peace and Friendship Stadium, so the champions will either be fined with a money fee or with one match behind closed doors.
Meanwhile, Anti-Violence Committee requested the reschedule of Sunday's 4th Basket League's final at the Olympic Stadium of Athens for security reasons (there is also a football derby between AEK and PAOK at the same area earlier that day), and Deputy Minister of Sports Stavros Kontonis agreed to postpone it for Monday, May 30 (12.30 EST).
