Aghia Trias Island Up For Sale
The Greek island of Aghia Trias is up for sale for €15,000,000 by Riginos Realty.
The picturesque island is situated in the Southern Gulf of Evia and lies 1,200 meters off the coastline, neighboring the ancient city of Eretria. It is about 1.5 hours away from Athens.
The beautiful Hellenic island is about 53,000 square meters in total, 650 meters in length and 150 meters wide. Included on the island is a main house constructed in 1960, along with a beach house, staff house and private church. Aghia Trias is home to a 17th century Venetian Watchtower.
