ECB Maintains Greek Emergency Credit Line

The European Central Bank has made the decision to keep Greece's emergency credit unaltered over the next two weeks, according to an unnamed source.

In July, the ECB heightened its Emergency Liquidity Assistance (ELA) to 90.4 billion euros, to support the nation's banks. This marks an increase of 900 million euros in aid to Greece concerning its third bailout, as reported by Bloomberg News.

An anonymous source stated today that the ECB's executive board has conceded to continue its stable support for an additional two weeks, however the ECB did not offer any comments.
