Mega Millions Lotto Surges to $400 Million!
Tuesday's Mega Millions drawing has englarged to an approximated $400 million dollars!
This marks the third biggest jackpot in the history of the multi-state lottery. It has been rolling since January 3rd; there were no matching numbers in Friday evening's drawing.

Its rules have changed as of October, in order to increase jackpots by decreasing the chances of winning the highest prize. This results in approximately a 1 in 259 million chance of taking home the total amount. Before October's alterations, it was about a 1 in 176 million chance.
Tuesday evening's 10:00 p.m. drawing is likely to draw many gamers hoping to strike it big. Tickets can be purchased until 9:45 p.m. and are available in 43 states, Washington, D.C. and the Virgin Islands. After taxes, the Mega Millions jackpot is approximated at a $224.8 million dollars cash value.
