The Greek Banking Transactions Approval Committee confirmed that the daily cap for international banking business transactions will be increased to 7 million euros, from a previous 5 million euros mark.

Greek citizens are now able to transfer as much as 500 euros overseas and disburse more money to school tuition costs, under a new capital control mandate.

Greece is set to sell 625 million euros worth of six-month Treasury bills next week on August 5th, according to the national debt agency.
