Anthony Blinken arrived at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs shortly before 9 am on Tuesday morning, and met with Nikos Dendias.

After the visit to Turkey, Anthony Blinken is heading to Athens this afternoon (20/02). Having seen the scale of the devastation, the head of American diplomacy announced on Sunday (19/02) that Washington will provide long-term aid to Turkey.

The visit of Nikos Dendias to the earthquake-stricken regions of Turkey resounded around the world, just a few days after the deadly earthquake that cost countless lives and turned entire cities into ruins.
