The yield for Greece’s 10-year bond dropped to as low as 2.03 percent, posting a record-breaking spiral of nearly 90 basis points only within the last month.

There was no response from markets, to welcome the formal return of Greece, without the umbrella of the European Mechanism. 

In a shocking decision 20 minutes to midnight, the ECB abruptly cancelled its acceptance of Greek bonds in return for funding, warning Athens for a reform deal.
