National Bank of Greece on Thursday announced the signing of a definitive agreement with ΟΤP Bank Romania for the sale to OTP of its 99.28 pct stake in its Romanian subsidiary Banca Romaneasca and of a portfolio of Romanian-risk corporate loans.
National Bank on Tuesday announced an initiative aimed to support start-ups with activities in e-commerce through its NBG BusinessSeeds programme.
"2016 marks the beginning of a new course for National Bank, which next year celebrates its 175-year anniversary," its governor Louka Katselli on Monday said ahead of the listing of new shares in the stock market.
