Greece’s Port Planning and Development Committee has yet again provisionally approved the master plan for the upgrade of the Piraeus port during its 79th meeting on Monday, with the relevant ministry decision to be published in the Government Gazette in the coming days.

Greece’s Central Archaeological Council appears to have placed obstacles to the completion of an investment plan for Piraeus, the country’s largest port, by Chinese shipping giant COSCO.
