Golden Dawn has tendered a new charter for a party/clone to the Supreme Court hoping to gain legitimacy in the run up to elections.
Supreme court prosecutor Efterpi Koutzamani called the decision to let 42 defendants in the stock market bubble “provocative.” The prosecutor also said that she is waiting for the decision to be registered so she can proceed to lifting the decision, asking at the same time to be handed the decision as soon as possible.
A request for lifting parliamentary immunity from merchant marine minister Militiadis Varvitsiotis was tendered to parliament by supreme court prosecution.
