Maria Farantouri Schedules NYC Concert
Greek singing legend Maria Farantouri has scheduled a concert in New York City on Saturday, April 18th.
Farantouri will offer her "Songs of Greece & of the World" at 8:00 p.m. at NYU Skirball Center for the Performing Arts. The performance has been orchestrated by the A.S. Onassis Program in Hellenic Studies at New York University, in collaboration with Syn-Phonia Entertainment Inc.
Achilleas Wastor will serve as the Musical Director with Lina Orfanos. A special guest appearance will occur by The Children's Choral Academy of Hellenic Paideia. Ticket prices range from $35 to $100 dollars, while NYU students can purchase tickets for $15.
