George Clooney continues to voice his support for the return of the Parthenon Marbles. The Oscar-winning actror sent Tuesday from London where he called for a start of an "open discussion" about the fate of the Parthenon Marbles stolen by British diplomat Lord Elgin 200 years ago .

As soon as the minister of culture heard of the question on the Parthenon Marbles and how the famous start answered he immediately sent a letter thanking him and asking him to come to Greece and see the new Acropolis museum, tour monuments, and enjoy the sun.

In a scathing article, in The Times, Oliver Kamm argues very strongly for the return of the Parthenon Marbles back to Greece. This, just a month after UNESCO announced it will undertake an effort at brokering a return of the sculptures to Athens.
