Wildfire burning forest on mount Taygetus

A large wildfire broke out late on Sunday in the area Pigadia, on the mountain Taygetus.
The fire is burning in a very difficult and inaccessible area.
Seventeen vehicles, 60 firemen and a hiking unit of 32 men have been dispatched by land, assisted by two Canadair, five PZL aircraft and a helicopter which are continuously throwing water on the fire.
