As of Tuesday night (11/2), a 33-year-old Chinese man has been in isolation at Atticon Hospital as part of a search to determine if he has been infected by the COVID-19 virus, as the new coronavirus was officially named yesterday. As of noon Wednesday he proved negative to COVID-19.

The two Greek citizens, who returned from China earlier on Sunday, have been transferred to Sotiria hospital. 

Greece is preparing to “receive” its first coronavirus case, as experts from the National Public Health Organisation (NPHO) believe it is simply a matter of time, possibly within the next three to four weeks, before the new 2019-nCoV coronavirus strains reaches the country.
