Ankara is escalating its provocative tactics lately, now demanding the demilitarization of the Aegean islands.
There may be room for collaborating with Turkey on managing the migration issue, National Defense Minister Nikos Panagiotopoulos told ERA radio on Thurday, "but not under the current situation, with rising inflows and a relative indifference by Turkey," especially the Turkish Coast Guard.
"Something appears to be happening" in the international community in response to Turkey's invasion of Syria and its illegal actions in Cyprus' Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ), Defence Minister Nikos Panagiotopoulos said in an interview with REAL FM radio on Tuesday.
