Greek Deputy Supreme Court Prosecutor Giorgos Koliocostas turned in his resignation yesterday, referencing personal reasons.
Former government secretary general Takis Baltakos gave a deposition to prosecutor Kalliopi Dagianda to testify about the circumstances under which the video was shot and leaked.
Angelos Filippidis was let free, after posting 2 million euros bail. Before entering the Prosecutor's office Monday morning to testify and to hand his 300-page deposition, made a rather provocative statement: “I am here to testify the obvious. If I do well, fine, otherwise judges will be approving loans from now on” he stated.
