An incredible Turkish provocations came to the fore on Friday, when off the coast of Lesvos, there was a provocative harassment of a Hellenic Coast Guard boat by a Turkish Coast Guard speed boat, with an apparent risk of collision. 

As the numbers of refugees and illegal migrants gathering on the Greek-Turkish land borders continue to swell, following Turkey’s decision to open their path towards Europe, a video reportedly shows a Turkish patrol boat escorting a boat full of migrants approaching the island of Lesvos trying to enter Greek waters.

Greek fishermen have been facing constant harassment from Turkish vessels, both official and commercial. In a new video that went online on Wednesday shows Greek fishermen being harassed by the Turkish coast guard near the islet of Imia, the scene of a confrontation that cost the lives of 3 Greek Navy helicopter pilots and almost brought the two countries to war.
