Andrew Liveris' Birthday Celebration Attracts Rich & Famous

Andrew Liveris celebrated his 60th birthday on Kastellorizo in the presence of more than 100 guests, among them some of richest and more powerful people in the world and Greek PM Antonis Samaras.

The easternmost point of Greece, was inundated by dozens of luxurious yachts and private jets bearing the honored guests, while security measures were extremely tight.

Among the rich and famous gracing the party were the CEOs of Coca Cola and IBM, the richest entrepreneurs of Mexico and Argentina, multi-millionaires from the USA, as well as many noted Europeans.

The party took place in Mr. Liveris' villa that had been suitably modified for the occasion. The Greek PM, toured the island with his wife Georgia, Mr Liveris, and the new mayor of Rhodes Fotis Hatzidiakos.

In the evening he strolled along the waterfront and spoke to locals, visitors, as well as guests of the noted diaspora Greek.

Mr Samaras was angered that the remote island still has two very specific chronic problems that have not been resolved, specifically the lack of a permanent doctor, and the water depository tank that has been out of use for twenty years, as it's not waterproof. The PM upon learning of the issues immediately called aides to come up with solutions.
