Five Drug Smuggling Cypriots Arrested in Morocco
Five Cypriot nationals were arrested in Morocco after they attempted to smuggle 15 kilograms of cannabis out of the country.
According to CyBC, the criminals were each caught on July 24th as they tried to board a flight to London, with 3 kilograms of the drug in their possession.
The drug smugglers appeared in court on Thursday, while their hearing has been scheduled for September 4th, as reported by Parikiaki. They will remain behind bars in a Fez city jail until their trial.
