A forty nine year old woman has been relegated to the Dromokaitio mental hospital after police discovered the embalmed body of her mother in a trunk in her house.

A unionist of now defunct public broadcaster ERT is reported to have been cut by an edged instrument. The suspected perpetrator is a security guard of the current public broadcaster NERIT.
