Memorandum of Cooperation between the AKTOR Group and ONYX Tourism for the new agro-tourism village of Halkidiki

Specifically, this is the project "Agrotourism Village with Complex Tourist Accommodation in Sani, Halkidiki", one of the largest development projects to be implemented in the coming years in Northern Greece. The project will be developed within a privately owned area, which includes, among other things, a 5-star hotel unit, tourist residences, shared facilities, infrastructure works, landscaping and any related facilities.

What will AKTOR Group undertake?
AKTOR Group will undertake, among other things, the provision of technical support services for the preparation of the project, the control of the studies in terms of completeness and constructability (constructability review), the preparation of proposals for optimizing the value of the project (Value Engineering – VE), as well as the formulation of the schedule and the overall implementation strategy (“Pre-Construction Phase of the Project – Early Contractor’s Involvement (ECI)”).

In addition, and upon completion of the above, AKTOR Group will undertake the execution of the main construction works until its completion and commissioning.
