Samaras in Jerusalem

Prime minister Antonis Samaras met, this afternoon, with his Israeli counterpart Banjamin Netanyuahu in Jerusalem in the presence of foreign minister Evangelos Venizelos.
At the same time, Greek and Israeli ministers are meeting in the framework of the bilateral ministerial cooperation council.
Ten agreements and collaboration protocols will be signed mainly in the fields of energy, entrepreneurship, and tourism.
The Greek premier also met with Jerusalem Patriarch Theophilos and Israeli president Shimon Peres.
Earlier, Mr. Samaras toured the Yad Vashem memorial to the Jewish victims of the Holocaust and signed the visitor's book writing: "The memory of the Holocaust victims unite us to fight for human dignity, to fight vehemently against Fascism and against all forms of tyranny.
Their memory unites us to plegde from the bottom of our hearts: Never again! Ποτέ ξανά!"
Mr. Samaras politely declined to wear the traditional kippah cap.
