Supreme court prosecutor's edict against using taped material

Supreme Court Prosecutor Efterpi Goutzamani's ruling says that “those using illegally obtained video conversations will be immediately arrested, even if active deputies".
The recent case of the video conversation between former government secretary general Takis Baltakos and Golden Dawn MP Ilias Kasidiaris that the latter made public has precipitated the prosecutor's move.
One of the persons mentioned in the conversation, Supreme Court District Attorney Efterpi Koutzamani, unilaterally ruled about illegally obtained video material.
The ruling comes after the judiciary has launched an official investigation into the leaked Baltakos / Kasidiaris video, with Mr. Baltakos giving evidence to the prosecutor earlier today. Mrs. Koutzamani sent the ruling to the Misdemeanors Attorney's office. She also sent a file with written and electronic press clippings about the alleged new videos Golden Dawn has in its possession, threatening to expose them in due political time.
