British Airways adds direct flights to Rhodes and Crete

British Airways on Wednesday announced plans for two new direct flights from London to the Greek islands of Rhodes and Crete during the summer of 2015.
British Airways will operate two flights to Rhodes each week, on Wednesday and Saturday, starting from April 29 and four flights a week to Iraklio, Crete (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday) starting on April 26. In each case, it will be flying out from Gatwick Airport.
Direct flights to the two island destinations will be carried out until the end of the tourist season. BA already operates direct flights to the islands of Kos, Corfu, Mykonos and Santorini - among the top tourism destinations in Greece - as well as Athens and the northern Greek city of Thessaloniki.
