Female NYPD Officer’s Obscenities to Vendor Spreads Shock

A viral video showing a female police officer cursing and doing obscene gestures to an ice cream vendor in New York City has had strong reactions.
The policewoman is shown on the video getting angrier as the vendor was keeping calm and asking her why she was acting the way she did. The officer proceeded to say a specific vulgar phrase, accompanied by obscene gestures, in front of the vendor and anyone else nearby.
According to reports, the incident occurred in the heart of Manhattan and the officer has officially been charged for this by the NYPD.
