An event to mark the historic day of the inauguration of Donald Trump was held Sunday night into Monday by the Greek-American lobby.
A special moment of the evening at the luxurious St. Regis Hotel in Washington, D.C., was the presence of Kimberly Guilfoyle, with the new U.S. ambassador saying over the microphone “I love the country (Greece), it’s a blessing and a lifetime opportunity to be there.”
Prominent members of the diaspora such as John Katsimatidis and Michael Psarros were there too.
Kimberly Guilfoyle was also photographed with Panos Kammenos, who is in Washington for Trump’s inauguration, joined by his wife, Elena Tzoulis.
“Welcome to Greece,” Panos Kammenos wrote in the photo’s caption.
