Athens Stock Exchange Dips Over 6%

The Athens Stock Exchange dipped over 6% early this morning, following the latest debt discussions that fell short over the weekend.

The 6% fall has heightened concerns, regarding a euro exit and a Greek default. The Athens Stock Exchange decreased 6.57% at 7:55 a.m. GMT.

Recent discussions between Greece and its global lenders in Brussels failed to provide concrete advancements, while Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras has voiced that the capital will "wait patiently" until international financiers become "more realistic".
