Hellenic & U.S. Air Force Hold Collaborative Trainings
The Hellenic and United States Air Force personnel administrated collaborative training exercises over the last two weeks in Greece.
The training sessions were held to advance collective efforts, practice NATO exercises, and to establish interoperability capacities. The military efforts were held in Elefsina, Greece and involved more than 220 American airmen with four U.S. C-130 aircrafts, according to the U.S. Embassy in Athens.
Lieutenant General Darryl L. Roberson, Commander, 3rd Air Force and 17th Expeditionary Air Force, Ramstein Air Base - Germany participated in the two-week exercise. General Roberson spoke with HNDGS Deputy Chief Vice Admiral Alexandros Theodosiou, who proclaimed their country's concrete military coalition. The U.S. and Greek military delegates restated that their Greek-U.S. military alliance is strong and everlasting.
