ND spokesman Koumoutsakos: The government is addicted to lies

"The spokeswoman of the addicted to lies government is strangling the truth," main opposition New Democracy (ND) spokesman Giorgos Koumoutsakos said on Sunday.
In reply to government spokeswoman Olga Gerovassili's interview, Koumoutsakos accused the government of underestimating the Greek people and expressing satisfaction that "pensions are cut, taxes strangle all citizens, layoffs in media sector will begin in 90 days and the economy is like a vast desert."
Koumoutsakos added that the government had promised the exact opposite. "The worst, however, is that they fail to understand that there is another way. Not by following their own poverty distribution policy. But following our wealth production proposal for everyone," he underlined.
"Less taxes and less expenses," as New Democracy leader Kyriakos Mitsotakis proposed. "This is not 'neoliberalism' as they say. It is common sense," he noted adding that this is what the current government lacks.
