Long queues have been formed outside the Public Power Corporation DEI offices since early this morning, as the deadline of the scheme that allows consumers to payoff their bills in 36 installments expires today.
The utility is contemplating extending the deadline, in order to meet the demand of citizens who want to regulate what they owe, and their procrastination at putting things off till the last minute.
