Newborn baby found in trash compactor; woman arrested

A 25-year-old woman from Georgia is allegedly the mother of a newborn baby boy found earlier on Wednesday in an underground trash compactor in the town of Kalamata.
Police conducted an investigation and finally located the woman and placed her under arrest.
The newborn baby is at the General Hospital of Kalamata and his life is not facing in any danger.
The 5- to 10-day-old baby was found by a woman that heard its cry and called the police.
