First fines imposed on Sunday for violations related to antiseptics and masks

The first 5,000 to 10,000 euro fines were imposed on Sunday for violations related to antiseptics and masks, Development and Investment Minister Adonis Georgiadis said on Monday in an interview with Skai TV.
Meanwhile, the government is examining changes in the opening hours of stores that still operate.
Specifically, he said that the government is examining the possibility the supermarkets not to be open on Sundays. "I respect the people working at supermarkets. I don't want them to work without reason," he said.
He added that more people will be included in the list with the professions that will be granted economic support. Following Ecofin's meeting on Monday new EU tools will be announced. Therefore the Greek government will probable announce new measures on Tuesday.
