Woman doused with acid on the way to work

A 38-year-old woman in Kallithea Athens was attacked by another woman wearing a surgical mask dressed in black with acid.
The young woman was on her way to work, and was attacked as she waited for the elevator.
The young woman suffered severe burns on the left side of her face and body and is in danger of losing her left eye.
She was hospitalized in the intensive care unit in serious condition, which doctors managed to stabilize.
She is still in shock and has yet to provide police with any salient clues as to her assailant. Police are searching footage from any nearby security cameras to find the culprit.
