Government to audit 908 NGOs

The cases of 908 non-governmental organizations (NGOs) are under scrutiny by Finance Ministry auditors, according to a document by Deputy Finance Minister Giorgos Mavraganis tabled in Parliament.
Those NGOs are included in the first round of checks, while according to Mavraganis more organizations will be checked.
Mavraganis was responding to a question by SYRIZA deputy Dimitris Gelalis regarding NGOs and penalties imposed on them
