Golden Dawn MP Nikos Michos Under House Arrest
The ongoing Golden Dawn trial has determined that MP Nikos Michos will be under house arrest, until a higher ranking judicial entity decides his final charges, according to Greek reports.
Today Michos appeared in court regarding the right-winged party's purported illegal acts, that include drug and outlawed weapons charges. The participating prosecutor was not in agreement with magistrates, regarding whether the Golden Dawn party member should be sent to prison or receive conditional release. A council of appeal judges will determine Michos' conclusive outcome over pending charges.
