Orianthi & Richie Sambora Plan Tour & Album
Bon Jovi guitarist legend Richie Sambora and Alice Cooper guitarist Orianthi recently announced their collaborative tour and album.
Billboard interviewed the dynamic musical duo at the Radio Disney Music Awards and asked about their scheduled activities. Sambora stated to Billboard: "Ori is unbelievable...There's a bunch of stuff that people don't know she can do that I know she can do. We write great songs and we're able to take it on an improvisational level. That's very important also".
The famous guitarists are striving for the album's release shortly. As the Greek-Australian entertainer commented: "When it kind of feels ready, we'll put it out...When it kind of feels like, yeah."
Orianthi and Sambora newly returned from a five concert tour in Australia and plan to tour Europe together this summer. Sambora added, "We got a European run coming through...starting with the Download Festival in London, Paris and Munich".
When Billboard questioned their tour's playlist, the two teased that they will offer Disney tunes. Orianthi, with the surname Panagaris, was born in Adelaide, South Australia and is of Australian and Greek descent.
