Meeting between Gerapetritis and Rubio on the sidelines of the NATO Summit

Today, Foreign Minister George Gerapetritis met with U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio on the sidelines of the NATO Summit.

The meeting took place in an excellent atmosphere.

The discussion centered on regional developments in the Middle East and the Mediterranean.

The American Secretary of State emphasized Greece’s reliability as a partner and ally within NATO in the Eastern Mediterranean and the importance he places on Greece’s role as a factor of stability in the region.
