Ioannis Kazatzoglou, 32, has been arrested on charges of immediate complicity, as he was in the car driven by Giorgos Roupakias, on the night Pavlos Fyssas was murdered.
After a warrant issued by the Piraeus prosecutor, members of the counter terrorism squad found and arrested Kazantzoglou, who is now held at Attica police headquarters GADA.
His cell phone and official ID were found in Roupakias' car, but after an initial deposition he had been released.
