Aegean Buy Out of Olympic Air Complete

The buy out of 100% of Olympic Air shares by Aegean and the transfer was completed through the signing of the final agreement between Aegean and Marfin Investment Group.
As mentioned in a relevant announcement the final cost was set at 72 million euros for the shares transferred.
Through the sale Olympic Air becomes a subsidiary of Aegean, which also undertakes its management.
